Outdoors With Eden

Welcome to my blog! As a northern girl who loves the outdoors, I’m shifting the focus of my existing site to be less about me and my personal life, and more about my experiences, thoughts, tips and tricks, etc., in the great outdoors. I am no outdoors expert by any means, just love getting out and seeing what this planet has to offer. If you’ve been around for a while, you’ll know this page as Thinking With Eden. As it was, I already wrote a fair amount about being outside and whatnot, so there won’t be a big change in content, just the name of the blog and how you get here from your search engine! On that note, my old domain, thinkingwitheden.ca, will still bring you to this site, but you can now also use outdoorswitheden.ca. I figured I’d keep the “With Eden” trend going.

If you look at posts prior to 2025, they are all from my Thinking With Eden era, and so will not relate so much to the outdoors theme, but I didn’t want to delete them, as they reflect my growth in writing and as a person since starting the blog in 2021.

The main purpose of the revamp is to hopefully get me writing more, which is something I love doing. I’m hoping that by giving myself a more specific “topic,” I’ll have an easier time putting posts out. That being said, I also change the appearance of the blog, so bear with me while I get everything reorganized to look the way I want it to.
